Services Fit4u.training offers customized fitness training programs and nutrition planning. Our trainers will work with you to develop a regimen tailored to your fitness level, health status, goals, and schedule. We offer training sessions in our studio, your home, or outdoors.
Our services are limited to exercise programming and nutritional guidance – we do not provide medical advice or care. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please speak with your doctor before using our services.
Pricing and Billing The cost of our services will be agreed upon before any training sessions are scheduled. We require prepayment before sessions. Payment can be made via check, cash, Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo.
For ongoing training packages, you will be billed on a monthly basis on the date of your first session. We require 24 hours notice for cancellation – otherwise, the full session cost will be charged.
Use of Website The content on our website is provided for informational purposes only. You may view, download, and print materials for non-commercial personal use. Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any way without our written consent.
