Founded in 2023, by Victoria Suss, FIT4U provides one-on-one and small-group fitness experiences at local parks or at the convenience of your own home. Our training programs are tailored to your unique health needs, challenges, and goals.

In addition to functional exercises, strength training, and cardio conditioning, our trainers can provide nutrition guidance to complement your workouts. We offer individualized meal plans and Macronutrient tracking to help you meet your dietary needs. Our coaches will collaborate with you to develop healthy, sustainable eating habits that fuel your active lifestyle.

We also offer fitness-focused grocery shopping tips, accountability for staying on track with your nutrition goals, and education on balancing your diet. Proper nutrition is key to achieving the results you want from our training.

Meet The Trainer:

Victoria has been an athlete all her life, competing in a variety of sports including volleyball, horseback polo, and bodybuilding. She has years of experience understanding what the body needs to reach peak performance. Most recently, Victoria competed in a bodybuilding competition, applying her extensive expertise in fitness, nutrition and wellness preparation. Her lifelong background as a multi-sport athlete gives her unique insight into training the body and mind to go to the next level. Victoria knows first-hand the dedication and determination required to succeed, and she leverages her experiences to motivate and train clients to reach their full potential.
